In answer to this weeks question Do you judge a book by its cover? I am afraid to say yes, sometimes when I am in Waterstones browsing, or on Amazon it is the cover which will catch my attention then I will dive in and read the blurb on the back and then if it looks good, starting reading the first couple of pages and if it passes that test then I buy it! I have been disappointed on occasions and also I have liked the cover and the rest is not good but next time I visit, I still pick the book up because of the cover. My mind is telling me something. All my favourite authors though – I do not worry about the cover.
